Genuinely the most thoughtful and caring dentist I’ve ever been to. Girls behind the desk are always lovely!I’m usually pretty nervous of the dentist but Dr Radhika put me at ease straight away and was so gentle and explained absolutely everything to me in detail. I can’t recommend this dentist enough!

Been here a few times and the service is always lovely.Nice, clean, air conditioned waiting room. The receptionist is nice and all the members of staff are kind, patient and polite. I like to ask lots of questions to ensure I understand things (for my own benefit) and they’ve always explained everything to make things super clear.

Amazing dental care. As a nervous patient reception was kind and supportive on booking, seen within 24 hours as an emergency and the dentist was very efficient but empathetic and outlined all possible options. Highly recommend especially if nervous.

I recently had fillings done by Laura at Optima and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Laura was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which helped put me at ease. Great Service by a great dentist.

I have always had a positive experience with dentists and hygienests at this practice. I'm a nervous patient, and they are very understanding. I've never been kept waiting for more than a few minutes and the reception staff are warm and welcoming too.Treatments have all been good as far as I can tell!

A very professional, caring, friendly service that makes you feel welcome, valued and looked after. Charges are competitive, and the service is excellent. It is great to find a dentist that one can trust, with high quality care and value for money, too.

I have used Optima since 2010. Dr Mohan did two sets of implants for me: in 2010-11 and then around 2020-2021. He and is all his staff have been excellent and highly professional. The implants have been done very well and are in good condition. Costs were very reasonable and well explained. You can be certain that they will propose only what is in your best interest and choose best professional route for treatment.Overall great experience and highly recommended for complex treatment or routine dental care

I would highly recommend Optima after transferring from another practice, which has never been so easy. The team are welcoming, friendly, professional, and caring. The examination was clearly explained, allowing me to consider my options both privately and as an NHS patient, with no sales pressure before any work was done. The treatment carried out by Radikha and Julia was very thorough, and I never felt rushed. They kept me relaxed and comfortable throughout, which made a big difference and reassured me that I made the right decision to change to this practice.

It’s always an excellent experience at Optima, nice premises and friendly staff, but most of all Mohan is a first rate dentist whose work for me has always been excellent, including complicated root canal, denture and implant work. Many thanks for your superb service!

5 star dental hygiene visit! I first heard about Kornelia from another school mum. Orthodontist visits used to be stressful, with little clear guidance on improving oral hygiene. Kornelia took the time to explain everything step by step and showed my daughter exactly what to do. Now we see her before each orthodontist visit and can finally relax—the orthodontist is happy every time! She's an absolute star 🌟

I would like to take this opportunity to express my compliments for the exemplary service provided by your staff and team, in particular Jamie and Michaela who provided my routine dentistry and subsequent fillings and dental cleaning and polishing for my booking last week. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie, who ensured i was fully informed of procedures and was satisfied with the course of treatment . I found the complete experience to be exceptional. I wish you both a merry Christmas

I visited this practice based on a recommendation from my neighbour, and I’m so glad I did. The clinic has been beautifully upgraded—modern, clean, and very easy to book online. Kornelia, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job. She removed all of my stains using Airflow, and the whole experience was completely painless. I’m so impressed that I’ll be booking an appointment for my son next, as he’s currently wearing braces and finds it difficult to keep them clean.

Another vote for Kornelia, the dental hygienist. 🤗 I'm so grateful for the care I've received- my gum disease is finally under control. Kornelia truly listened to my concerns and tailored her advice to my specific needs. She's brilliant, kind and genuinely caring. I couldn't ask for a better hygienist! 🙂

I used to dread going to the dentist and would avoid it whenever I could, but after being recommended to see Radhika Sharma, it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made. She makes you feel completely relaxed, calmly explains everything, and chats with you in a way that instantly puts you at ease. She has such a positive, reassuring presence. If you go to Optima and tend to feel anxious like I do, definitely book your appointment with her!She is honestly the best 😌

I’ve been coming to Optima dental care for a while now and every appointment is faultless. They take care in your treatment, they’re gentle and most importantly, do an excellent job. My most recent hygienist appointment with Kornelia was one of the best I’ve had. She was so knowledgeable and I felt went above and beyond during my appointment. I would highly recommend their services.

I’ve been with Optima Dental Care for over six years, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found them. Every visit is welcoming, professional, and caring — the whole team always makes me feel comfortable and looked after. I’d give them more stars if I could!
