Following trauma, both upper lateral incisors had fractured, with the damage extending partially below the gum line. The upper central incisors and two lower incisors had also sustained damage.
Following a thorough assessment and discussion of the treatment options, it was decided to extract both lateral incisors and replace them with dental implants, while restoring the remaining damaged teeth with composite bonding.
Mohan carefully removed the fractured lateral incisors and placed two immediate dental implants, which were subsequently restored with the final crowns. He then used composite bonding to rebuild and reshape the damaged upper central incisors and lower incisors.
The treatment restored both the function and appearance of the damaged teeth, combining dental implants with minimally invasive composite bonding to create a natural, harmonious smile.
