Diana felt very self-conscious about her heavily discoloured upper front tooth and wanted a brighter, more even smile with the gaps between her teeth closed. The discolouration was caused by a previous root canal treatment, while fluorosis had resulted in uneven colouring across some other teeth.
Mohan began by carrying out a gum lift to improve the gum line around the discoloured tooth, followed by Boutique Whitening to brighten her smile. DMG Icon treatment was then used to improve the uneven colouring caused by fluorosis. An Emax veneer was placed on the discoloured front tooth, while composite bonding was used on the lateral incisors and the other central incisor to create a more balanced, natural-looking smile.
